Here at Epoch Co+, we’re all about opting for the road less travelled, and we’ll happily trek it with you. These clients were all about the food experience over a full blown party-style reception. Instead, we planned a 3 hour, multi-course dinner that focused more on the guest culinary experience and great conversation in a stunning Downtown Houston Japanese Steakhouse, Roka Akor.

Post-ceremony, we welcomed guests to the restaurant with an abundance of appetizers and a live sushi station.

Dinner was magical from the chefs behind Roka Akor. Starting with a decadent Lobster Miso Soup and a sashimi platter, transitioning into a spectacular steak and miso cod, and ending with green tea mousse, a classic wedding cake, and cognac shots.

This restaurant wedding just goes to show that even without a huge venue, large band or dance floor, good food, friends and drinks can make one heck of a party and memories to cherish for a lifetime.
