You’ll receive a custom planning portal (your digital HQ) and a clear monthly roadmap that outlines what to expect at each phase of the journey. We set the tone and timeline early to align with your schedule and ensure there are no surprises along the way.
2. Design - Where vibes meet visuals
No Pinterest clones here. Through our signature branding process and collaborative mood boards, we translate your style into a design that feels like you—from the first impression to the final detail.
3. Production - Where the plan gets built
From local legends to international vendors, we source, contract, and coordinate every moving part. Logistics, build-outs, timelines, translations—we handle the back end so you can stay focused on the experience.
4. Management - Where the show runs smoothly

Minimum 150,000 total event investment required
