Round Top may be small, but this town knows how to throw down. Just an hour west of Houston, Eve & Colin’s spring wedding weekend bloomed with lush florals, layered color, and that irresistible mix of charm and celebration. Think: countryside ease with city-level style.

Chapman & Kirby – Moonlight Mirage Rodeo Disco
What happens when the Houston Rodeo meets the Houston Astros and sneaks into a disco? You get this Moonlight Mirage at Chapman & Kirby. Blue + orange (a nod to the ‘Stros) mixed with silver fringe, lassos, and cowgirl glam — turning the saloon into a Studio 54 rodeo after-party. Disco balls, blinged-out chaps, and a dance floor that went full throttle ‘til the lights came up.
