She somehow turned words like ‘unique, intimate, modern, whimsical and boho’ into a full-blown day that fully embodied my personality. Dripping in authenticity, I couldn't think of a more genuine and trustworthy planner who goes above and beyond all expectations of the job.

When we hired Heather, I was not looking forward to wedding planning and had a straightforward white floral and greenery wedding in mind, but after seeing all of the magical work she did for other weddings I was inspired to pivot to something completely unique. We ended up having a Wes Anderson-inspired, whimsical, nerdy, colorful wedding that had so many amazing personal touches. It was actually more than I could have dreamed up by myself. Working with Heather, we never got the answer of “that’s too crazy” or “that won’t work.” She did however help finesse many of our ideas and recommended a perfect team of vendors to execute our vision. She is organized, detail oriented, and was so amazing from Day 1 to Day Of. We truly could not have planned our wedding without her help and our investment in her was the best money we spent! People are still talking about how magical, fun, and special our wedding was over a month later. If that isn't a testament to the power of Heather, Ashley, and Epoch Co - I don't know what is!

If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, planner, someone to help with design, consider this as your sign to DO IT. We could not have been #blessed with a better group than the one Heather so expertly has created. We brought them on initially as month of coordinators but halfway through the planning process realized we needed help with design and final details. Let me tell you. ABOVE AND BEYOND. As a bride planning a wedding in the midst of the dumpster fire that has been the year 2020, I was stressed from the get go. Heather swooped in like the fairy godmother she is and eased every fear, every worry, every stress, and made wedding planning so fun and so easy and most importantly - SO STRESS FREE. Our wedding was beautiful and ran so smoothly. HIRE EPOCH!!

Wedding Saver!!! Heather and her team were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I was one of those brides that thought she could plan the wedding herself and with just over 30 days I put out an SOS please help to Heather and her team. They responded and jumped right into action and were absolutely phenomenal.... They literally planned my wedding in a month and it was to die for! From decorations to ceremony style, they hit the nail on the head and made our dream wedding come true. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator to capture their vision!

Ashley and Heather are incredible! We worked mainly with Ashley and she was absolutely invaluable to us. She was organized, patient, relentless and devoted to making my daughter's wedding everything she dreamed of. These ladies created a real life fairytale wedding while adhering 100% to my daughters vision! I can not recommend them enough! If you are lucky enough to find them available for your wedding weekend, you will call yourself lucky as we did!

She immediately contacted all of our vendors, set up a timeline, answered any and all questions we had and was always following up with us on basecamp. We had a lot of stuff that had not been done and a lot of questions that had gone unanswered from our previous planner and she stepped in and got everything done. I cannot thank Ashley enough for her help on our wedding day.
